CAN I PLAY SEVEN DAYS A WEEK?
Yes, you can play any day of the week, any time of day, as long as one of our three (3) courses are open for play and there's space available to start from the first tee.

IS THERE A CART PLAN?

No. Golf cart rental is not included with your subscription and not required for play.

IS THERE AN INITIATION FEE?

Currently, there is not an initiation, activation, processing or other nonsense fee, except a $25 administrative fee should your monthly payment be declined. There are no minimum spend or play requirements.

CAN I PAY ANNUALLY?

No. FlexPass is a subscription membership that automatically renews on the 30-day anniversary of your enrollment date unless you cancel your subscription. Cancellations made after your anniversary date will be accepted for the next month. You must report or update through your user account any changes to cards enrolled in our autopay system. Declined payments for any reason will result in immediate loss of privileges and accounts will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SUBCRIPTION REQUIREMENT?

No. Players can deactivate their subscription any time and then reactivate without penalty (other than the normal monthly fee). However: players who deactivate their subscription do not receive any priority in the event a waitlist is enacted before their return.

IS THERE A WAITLIST AND/OR SUBSCRIPTION CAP?

Participation is evaluated daily throughout the year against a variety of factors. We do anticipate enacting a waitlist for at least one month each season. Players on the waitlist are notified in order of enrollment.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTED RATES FOR SENIORS, JUNIORS, FAMILIES, GROUPS OR NON-RESIDENTS?
No, there are no discounted rates for any category. All FlexPass subscribers must be aged fourteen years (14) or older and enroll at valid credit card in our autopay system to be eligible for membership. A parent or legal guardian must place his or her card on file for subscribers under age eighteen (18).

CAN I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD?

Gift cards are accepted ONLY for the INITIAL subscription fee. A valid credit card must be placed on file thereafter.

WHEN DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION END?

FlexPass subscriptions do not end for seasonal timing. There are no prorations for bad weather that may close the courses, medical leave or relocation credits. Your subscription ends when you cancel it - even into winter. Tunxis will be open year-round, weather permitting.

CAN I ENROLL ONLINE?

Enrollment must currently be finalized in-person or by telephone through the Golf Shop. A completed enrollment form and agreement are required, in addition to enrolling your credit card into our autopay system. It's also a great way for our team to answer any additional questions you may have.​​​
